Thin-record consistency credit. The Consistency signal (20 points) used to grant full marks to a record too new to have two qualifying 90-day windows. That let a two-week burst of reviews read as “consistent.” Now a record below two qualifying windows earns partial credit (14 of 20) until consistency is demonstrated, never presumed.

Evidence classes shown and ranked. Every review now carries its confirmation source in public: independently verified (marketplace or job-system confirmed) or attested (a past customer confirming a job the contractor logged). Search ranks records with three or more independent reviews above attested-only records at any score. A self-assembled history can never outrank real marketplace throughput.

The Ironclad Score ships: five signals (Review Quality 25, Review Consistency 20, Follow-Through 20, Staying Sharp 20, Owning Mistakes 15), a minimum of about 20 confirmed jobs before any number appears, and no money field anywhere in the formula, enforced in the database, not in the marketing.

Since July 8, 2026 the review form asks one optional question: “did you end up hiring someone else to fix or finish this job?” The answer is never shown and does not touch the Score. If it ever becomes a signal, the weights change here first, in public, with a version number.
